When we started Pacific Mountain Farms in 1992, our goal was to offer our customers a healthy alternative to the everyday meat snacks commonly available. We have done this with our low in fat-high in proteinVenison Jerky and Sticks. Many of our satisfied customers asked if we could offer a jerky seasoning of the same great quality they enjoyed in our meat snacks, so in 1993 we introduced the Jerky Marinade & Cure. Today, we have expanded our meat snack line to include Buffalo and Elk as well as Whole Muscle Beef Jerky.
